1. Standard Cancellation Policy
For Reservations Made Directly through Our Website:
- Cancellation Window: Cancellations made 24 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
- No-Show Policy: If you do not check in on the scheduled date of arrival and do not cancel, the entire booking amount will be charged as a no-show fee.
For Reservations Made through Third-Party Platforms:
- Please refer to the specific cancellation policy provided by the booking platform. The terms and conditions of the third-party platform will apply.
2. Non-Refundable Rates
Advance Purchase/Promotional Rates:
- Reservations made under non-refundable or promotional rates are not eligible for a refund in case of cancellation or modification. The total booking amount will be charged at the time of booking.
3. Group Bookings
Cancellation for Group Reservations (More than 2 Rooms):
- A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation.
- Cancellations made before 24 hours prior to the check-in will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Early Departure
For Guests Checking Out Early:
- If you choose to check out before your scheduled departure date, the remaining nights will be charged as per the original reservation. No refunds will be provided for early departures.
5. Modifications to Reservations
Modifying Your Reservation:
- Changes to your reservation, including changes to the check-in date, check-out date, or room type, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us at +91 8210675672 to request modifications.
6. Force Majeure
Unforeseen Events:
- In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to waive cancellation fees at our discretion or offer alternative arrangements.
7. Refund Process
Refund Timelines:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation request is approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
